Be prepared that if after purchasing a subscription the plugin does not work, no one will refund your money.

Instead of a refund, they ask for access to the site to see why it does not work. Of course, if something breaks, they are not responsible. I am not talking about privacy at all – giving access to the site just like that is not a security standard.

It is very sad for this approach. I never managed to use the plugin.

    Hi Morkovka38,

We’re sorry to hear about the technical difficulty you’re facing using the Image Optimizer.

We always offer to take a look at the issue that is causing a plugin not to work properly and see what has caused such issue and what can be done to fix it.

Asking for a temporary access is a standard procedure in the support world and we always encourage creating a backup just in case.

Regarding the refund, Image optimizer is generally not refundable and it is noted on the sales page as well; “Non-refundable, try it free on any Elementor Website.”

If you’d be so kind as to send us an email with exact technical issue that you’re facing, we’d love to assist in solving it! If so, please send us an email to feedback@support.elementor.com.

We apologize for any misunderstanding caused.

    Looking forward to your email!
