WooCommerce Subscriptions works reliably in production once correctly configured, even in more complex setups involving staging and domain migrations.

We ran into an issue where a migrated site was still detected as staging, which blocked automatic renewals. After identifying that the wc_subscriptions_siteurl value in the database was still pointing to an old staging domain, updating it to the correct production URL immediately switched the environment to Live and restored renewals.

The plugin itself behaved as expected and correctly protected against running renewals on a non-production environment. With the proper setup, subscriptions, scheduling, and renewals work as intended.

This is a solid and robust subscription engine for WooCommerce, especially for stores that need full control and production-level reliability.
