Customizer showing critical error

    Hey,

    I’ve created staging site of my original WordPress website and installed the Hello Elementor theme. But it’s not showing the “Customizer” option. Already deleted one staging now i created it again, but it’s not working. And i need to work on it. Please let me know ASAP what’s wrong with it?

    Thank you for reaching out. I’m Richard from the Elementor Team, and I hope you are doing well. I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’re experiencing.

    To confirm, you are referring to the Theme Customizer as shown here, correct? https://www.loom.com/share/eb46ccec8c3b4579aadd68ab6b5551ba

    This option should normally be available regardless of theme installed as it is under the WordPress Appearance settings.

    Please also try reinstalling the theme from the WordPress repository instead of copying it from the other site. It may also be a conflict with another plugin; with a backup in place, please temporarily deactivate any other plugins.
