Weekly Meetings
As well as discussing support issues here on the blog, we use Slack for group communication.
Our meetings are held fortnightly on Thursday at 17:00 UTC, in #forums on SlackSlack Slack is a Collaborative Group Chat Platform https://slack.com/. The WordPress community has its own Slack Channel at https://make.wordpress.org/chat/., with agendas published below.

IRC Support Channel
WordPress uses the Libera IRC community for its chat, who has their own privacy policy relating to the use of their network, and what information may be collected.
The #WordPress IRC channel is a place to obtain support. But please keep in mind the following:
- Be civil and positive
- Ask your question outright and be patient
- Assume good faith
- Keep the channel family-friendly
- Respect the guidelines
Join the #WordPress IRC channel for general help and support, you can also join the #WordPress-Social channel for off-topic chatting, or maybe you’d like to join both at the same time.
After you have provided a Nickname and connected you will be placed into the IRC channel.
