Podcasting Legal Guide
Open CultureCreative Commons, Vogele & Associates, and the Berkman Center’s Clinical Program in Cyberlaw have published a Podcasting Legal Guide to provide general information to podcasters about legal issues they may need to consider. The guide is available under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 2.5 license. To coincide with the release of the Podcasting Legal Guide, Creative Commons has released CC Podcast Plugs from musicians like Kristin Hersh, Jonathan Coulton, DJ Spooky, and Monk Turner.
