I have no way of changing the menu at the top. I go to the theme and customize it with the menu off and its still on the site. Global settings has no change to it also.

Hi, I am working on a website it came with Pro elements plugin with hello Elementor theme installed. On any page if we try to scroll down after website loads, scroll gets stuck there for a while, behaving in an elastic manner as it goes back to the top of the page after scrolling down for roughly 30 pixels.
This scroll is only present on iOS device (I tested on safari and chromium) however it works fine on android , mac Safari, windows Chrome. If I change the theme or deactivate the plugin then it seems to resolve the issue but it breaks the design completely, we are already at the end of development so we can’t go with the those options.

I would appreciate any help.

At the top of my home page, I have an image container and a text container side by side, however there’s a break in between them. Is there a way to remove that break so the two containers appear to be just one?

Im trying to edit a new duplicate page:

After I duplicate one product page to edit and create a new product content and link to one of the product categories, the content description and Feature image does not show on the newly created product page and still the old text content still exist, and I need to enter new and up coming new product pages.

Details
-The permalink path is correct.
-The Breadcrumbs path is also correct
-The page title is wrong
-The text content is wrong

Correct Product Name: SI BOUND CTR


Action taken:
– Used 3 different plug-in to clear the cache but still now working.
– Continuously clearing the cached my web host server.
– used incognito to open the page even hard reset or refresh on my normal mode browser still not working.
– Rename the product category and create new product category to link the new product but still not working,
– Disabling all the plugins at switch the themes to identify what’s the cause but still no luck.

Kindly let me know how to solve this? Really appreciate the help.

Since a few days, we are having issues with Hello Theme. The website takes a long time to load.

We looked at the error logs and we see Hello Theme has issues with WooCommerce (check screenshot):

We are using version 3.4.4.

We switched to another theme and the website is back at full speed.

Anyone else having this issue?

En primer lugar, os comento que aunque he conseguido que el sitio tenga valoraciones, no consigo que el widget de elementor valoración de productos funcione en él. Tampoco sé por qué si voy a edición masiva de productos y donde dice comentarios: sin permiso lo cambio a permitir, aunque actualice realmente sigue diciendo: sin permiso. Si alguien dispone de ayuda para que puedan verse las valoraciones de estrella en las páginas de productos y tienda del sitio o conozca un plug-in que haga esta función, agradecería mucho su ayuda.

Por otro lado, tengo subido el plug-in WP CODE, pero después de introducir el código qeu os dejo abajo, el sitio no respondía la única solución que me dio el servicio de ayuda del hosting fue desactivar el plug-in y así está ahora y el sitio funciona, pero tengo otros códigos en ese plug-in que ahora me están fastidiando la web. Muchas gracias por vuestra atención y ayuda.

I recently checked the functions.php of Hello Elementor theme and found out at the very bottom contain this code.

I’ve recently migrated a site to the Hello Elementor theme. Everything is working as expected; however, I’ve noticed that a custom metabox we add to WooCommerce product pages is no longer showing.

This metabox is added via the add_meta_boxes action in the functions.php file.

To troubleshoot, I temporarily switched to a default WordPress theme, and the custom metabox appeared again and worked as intended.

I’ve also reviewed some related issues on your GitHub repository but haven’t found a solution that resolves the problem in my case.

We are currently experiencing a recurring issue related to FOUC (Flash of Unstyled Content) across several of our websites, [ redundant links deleted ]. When visiting these sites, especially on slow connections, unstyled HTML elements are briefly visible before the proper styles are applied. This negatively impacts the user experience and makes the site appear broken or unfinished during loading.

This problem is affecting multiple sites, all of which are using the Hello Elementor theme, along with Elementor and Elementor Pro. It appears that the CSS is being loaded too late, causing the initial unstyled render.

We had previously opened a support ticket with Elementor, but unfortunately, the issue has not yet been resolved.

Could you please help us investigate what might be causing this FOUC behavior and suggest any optimizations or configurations that could ensure the styles are applied immediately or more effectively prevent the flash?

I am using this theme for the first time for a customer project. The site was first created (not by me) with the Twenty-Twelve theme. But there were several problems, which is why I chose the Elementor theme.
Now I stumbled upon the fact that there is no main tag.
The header and footer were set up via the plugin, the rest normally via the creation of the pages.

Elementor Full-Width is selected as the default page layout.
The pages themselves have “Standard-Theme” selected. But even if I switch to Elementor Fullwidth, the setting does not change.
Which setting am I overlooking?

Hi! As a registered non-for-profit user of Elementor Pro, I think that it would be really appropriate to have access to human-readable “release notes” with every upgrade of the Hello Theme (as well as with any WordPress third-party component, BTW). Since the WordPress website does not provide a built-in feature for this as they do for the Plugins, could the company just do it another way?

We’ve used Thim Elementor Kit to customize our LMS pages and design them using Elementor, and everything was working just fine:

But then suddenly all the templates broke:

After some testing and enabling/disabling everything, we realized it’s theme-related (since the template looks fine on Twenty Twenty-Five theme).

I have no error or info in my debug log and can’t understand what’s going wrong.
So, any help or suggestions is appreciated.

Loads incorrectly after updating to newest version and looks completely strange while trying to edit (can’t upload image but the edit with Elementor site is filled with boxes, dots, x’s and similar. Have tried plugin detective to find any plugin issues without luck. Everything is updated correctly. What is happening? I’m new to troubleshooting and issues on websites so please help.

We got this unwanted extra “Hello” menu with the last update, 3.4.0.
I was wondering if you have any option to hide it?

It looks like the latest elementor theme update caused a problem on my website. I am able to load it in recovery mode, but when I try to log into the wordpress admin from elementor it tells me there is a critical error.
