Located in Almaty, Kazakhstan, Bien Plaza is a prestigious architectural project that combines its contemporary identity with a distinctive and sophisticated lighting concept.

Completed between 2019 and 2020, the entire lighting design was developed by SOON Light & Project. A comprehensive lighting concept was created specifically for the building to emphasize its architectural character after dark and strengthen its presence within Almaty’s urban landscape.

One of the key challenges of the project was Almaty’s demanding winter climate. To ensure reliable performance under extreme weather conditions, all lighting products used in the project were specially engineered and manufactured to operate efficiently at temperatures below -20°C.

From lighting design and product development to manufacturing, SOON Light & Project combined architectural aesthetics, durability, and technical performance throughout the project. The resulting lighting system not only enhances the building’s architectural details but also provides a robust and reliable solution specifically developed for the region’s challenging climatic conditions.

Bien Plaza demonstrates SOON Light & Project’s ability to develop tailor-made solutions for international projects across diverse geographical and environmental conditions, bringing together bespoke lighting design, custom manufacturing, engineering expertise, and long-term performance within a cohesive solution.
