UNIT PENJAMINAN MUTU (QUALITY ASSURANCE UNIT)
UNISSULA FACULTY OF MEDICINE DOCTORAL PROGRAM

The Quality Assurance Unit of the Medical Profession Study Program at the Faculty of Medicine, UNISSULA, is a support unit responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating the implementation of academic and non-academic quality assurance systems. This unit operates in an integrated manner with the study program management, the Faculty’s quality assurance unit, and the University’s quality assurance institution.

Quality assurance is implemented through the cycle of Determination, Implementation, Evaluation, Control, and Improvement (PPEPP). Its activities include the development and control of quality documents, monitoring of clinical learning and assessment, evaluation of student competency attainment, conduct of stakeholder satisfaction surveys, facilitation of internal quality audits, and monitoring of follow-up actions based on evaluation results.

The results of monitoring and evaluation are reported to the study program leadership and management to serve as a basis for decision-making and continuous quality improvement. In carrying out its duties, the Quality Assurance Unit upholds the principles of objectivity, transparency, accountability, professionalism, patient safety, and the values ​​of Islamic Academic Culture (BudAI).
