Internal Audit Report

The Doctoral Program in Biomedical Sciences (PSDIB) at the Faculty of Medicine, Sultan Agung Islamic University (UNISSULA), conducted an Internal Quality Audit (AMI) as part of the implementation of the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) and efforts to continuously improve the quality of the program.

The Internal Quality Audit was conducted to evaluate the alignment of academic activities and program governance with established quality standards. The audit process included identifying achievements, nonconformities, findings, and various aspects that still require improvement.

PSDIB follows up on every audit result and finding through Internal Quality Audit Actions, which outline steps for improvement and enhancement regarding the aspects identified in the evaluation. This follow-up is a crucial part of ensuring that audit findings are not only documented but also addressed systematically and used as a basis for improving the performance of the study programs.

The implementation and follow-up of the Internal Quality Audit demonstrate PSDIB’s commitment to fostering a culture of quality through a continuous cycle of Setting, Implementation, Evaluation, Control, and Improvement (PPEPP).
