Cleaner clobbers ‘rel’ tag rather than appending ‘nofollow’ to it when add_nofollow=True

Bug Description

This should be a space-separated list of attributes, as defined here: http://www.w3.org/TR/html401/struct/links.html#adef-rel

But the Cleaner clobbers the current attribute and just sets nofollow. This causes problems for me when looking for, a rel="author" for example.
