더 보기 Provides the worst customer service on this planet Earth. Their rider (car) harassed me and my child, didn’t complete the ride (rarely got half the miles he was supposed to), but guess who demands full payment? Pathao. The customer service is so so BAD that I had to contact them myself to get updates on my complaint several times a month. Gave me a ‘sorry voucher’ for bikes completely aware that I NEVER USE BIKES. But demanded I pay the entire amount of the incomplete ride because APPARENTLY they can’t adjust it in their system. Plus, they keep lying to the customers. Worst service with a much worse system. Deleting the app because Pathao can’t force me to pay a HARASSER. I am not paying to be harassed on streets. In one word, DISGUSTING.
