• The highlight around the currently selected element has an updated appearance and intelligently turns on and off based on what is being edited. • Tapping the background of a design now dismisses the top-most inspector you have open.

• The Enter Full Screen button and the Play Prototype button have been combined into one improved Enter Full Screen button. You can now switch between viewing your design in its selected device size or a native full screen display on your current device. You can also quickly toggle Safe Area Insets and the Status Bar to allow your preview to go edge-to-edge and replace the status bar if desired. Your preferences are saved for each design. –SF Symbols search has been improved with better filtering and a refreshed UI. To see the new results, try any of these new behaviors: 1. Searches like “arrow up” now only match symbols containing all separate words in the search, narrowing down to all arrow.up.X symbols 2. Ordering for smart matches (like seeing “chevron.x” when searching “arrow”) has been improved to keep symbols closer to your search at the top 3. Added new aliases for symbols, like “date”, “sports”, “image”, and others that will bring up results that are helpful when not already familiar with the SF Symbols library 4. The UI refresh is minor but cleaned up the SF Symbols viewer and made it easier to explore different rendering modes and variable values 5. Variable values now use the “draw” method in SF Symbols instead of the “color” method

– Make beautiful, eye-catching designs with our newest modifiers: Saturation and Monospaced Digit. Saturation lets you dial back the color for photo editing apps and inactive states. Monospaced Digit helps you make fields like counters or indexes consistently spaced without having to use SF Mono – A smoother design experience when working with Spacer (which now has a length setting built-in, no more need for Frame), Kerning (now has a default value), and Cut added along with Copy and Paste in the inspector – Cleaned up the Settings screen and updated our open source acknowledgments – Fixed several bugs in the design editor including alignments for overlays displaying incorrectly – Updated small details like Split Mode and iconography Thank you for your patience on our latest template packs.
